This is why Il Palato Italiano respects the natural rhythms of selected productions, both in terms of seasons and local availability.
The Executive Chef and the Somméliér follow the natural order of the specialities in their places of origin and skilfully alternate the use of these products as if they were seasonal collections. This ensures the continuous availability of this delicious assortment for events at the headquarters and private venues, or for the online purchase by aficionados.
